Terms of Use

1. Entertainment purposes only

Tarot, oracle, coffee cup, palm and dream readings, horoscopes, natal charts and chat conversations in the App are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not predictions of fact and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice. Do not rely on the App to make important decisions; always consult a qualified professional for such matters. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. The App is not available in Türkiye.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
• Tell us promptly at rslabsdev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or upload illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or abusive content.
• Upload photos of other people without their permission, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak or misuse the AI features (for example through prompt injection) to produce harmful content or bypass safeguards.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the App or its security.
• Exploit bugs or use automated means to obtain coins or features.

5. AI-generated content

Readings and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unexpected, and it does not reflect the views of any real person. You are responsible for how you interpret and use it.

6. Coins and purchases

• Some features require coins, a virtual consumable that can be bought through in-app purchase or earned in the App.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or resold. They are consumed when you use paid features.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the App Store or Google Play.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; please request them directly from the relevant store.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change.

7. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, artwork, card illustrations, software and the Madame Luna brand, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Unused coins are forfeited upon termination for breach, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
